The gift card can be redeemed at www.suitableshop.co.uk or in a Suitable store. Redeeming the gift card is very simple; during the checkout process in the web shop, there is an option to choose the 'gift card' option. You will then automatically be sent to the environment for further processing of the order. In store, you can have the gift card scanned during checkout.

These conditions apply to the purchase and use of the Suitable Gift Card (both electronic and print) sold by Suitable and third parties.
- Insofar as these conditions do not deviate from them, the General Conditions for the retail industry also apply.
- The Suitable Gift Card (hereinafter "the gift card") is issued by Conceptable B.V., based in Rosmalen, KvK 55728561.
- Each gift card has a unique code, and it is issued only once. Suitable has the right to accept the gift certificate only after the original gift certificate has been received. Proof of purchase of a gift certificate purchased from a third party should be kept in case Suitable asks for this proof.
- The gift certificate can be purchased at giftcard.suitableshop.nl and in all Suitable shops. The gift card code can be entered in the payment method during the payment process, after which the amount of the order will be deducted from the value on the gift card.
- The purchaser of the (online) gift card determines the credit on the card (minimum €10 and maximum €150) at the time of purchase. This amount is also the purchase price of the gift card. The gift card can only be recharged once.
- The gift card can only be redeemed when ordering from Suitable (online or in-store) and cannot be used for open orders.
- The gift card cannot be returned.
- The credit on the gift card can be spent in parts. If the credit is insufficient for the purchase of a particular item, the remaining amount may be paid via another means of payment.
- No credit on the gift certificate is redeemable for cash.
- All information regarding the gift card (credit, expiration date, terms of use, etc.) can be found at giftcard.suitableshop.nl or requested in one of the Suitable shops.
- Suitable will, when returning the order paid (in whole or in part) with the gift card, not pay the amount to be refunded to the customer (in whole or in part) in cash but increase the gift card credit.
- The residual value of the gift certificate can be redeemed on subsequent orders.
- The gift card credit is valid for 2 years.
- The gift certificate is not personal and can be used by its holder. The credit is not transferable.
- There is no VAT involved during the purchase of this (multiple) gift voucher, but the VAT should only be paid at the moment the voucher is redeemed.
- The gift voucher may not be used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Conceptable B.V.
- Conceptable B.V. and the Suitable accept no liability for loss, theft, or damage of the gift voucher, nor for unauthorized use of and/or fraudulent use of the gift voucher.
- It is prohibited to defraud and alter, counterfeit, subvert or otherwise deface the gift certificate.
- Conceptable B.V. reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions. The applicable terms and conditions apply in the Suitable shops and are listed on suitable.nl and giftcard.suitableshop.nl.
